Commitment to advancing healthy aging:
We support healthy aging by providing services to our members that allow them to “age in place”. During this time of COVID-19, our particular area of focus is on physical and mental wellness. We work to limit isolation and loneliness through check-in’s with our members by phone and in-person; we provide grocery and mask delivery to ensure their ability to lead healthy lives uninterrupted; we assist with safe and secure medical transportation (using CDC recommended precautions) so routine care is obtained on schedule; and we assist with routine tasks such as handyman services and light yard work to keep them safe and secure in their homes. Our goal is to provide the mechanisms that enable our members to lead healthy lives in the place they call home.
