Commitment to advancing healthy aging:

1. Help organizations recognize the value of people over 50 can contribute both in paid and unpaid (volunteer) roles and adopt best practices to successfully engage them.
2. Help people over 50 understand the value of their experience and put it to work in organizations that can use it for social good.
3. Help each one of us, and society as a whole, place a higher value on people over 50 as contributors, change-makers and valuable community assets.
