Commitment to advancing healthy aging:

Stakeholders will be convened and will conduct an assessment of age friendly status. We plan to have the local COA be the convening body for the process, which will be assisted by the regional public health nurse, senior center director and town administrator. Rachel Stoler, FRCOG Community Health Program Manager will offer administrative support for this process.
