MassPACE Association

Commitment to advancing healthy aging:

MassPACE would like every resident in MA who meets PACE criteria to have the option to enroll in PACE. This requires the State to allow PACE expansion across cities and towns in MA.
•MassPACE strongly recommends that PACE is offered to eligible members on a consistent basis alongside other integrated care programs such as Senior Care Options, (SCO), One Care, and the proposed “Duals 2.0” Programs.
•If and when the State considers additional healthcare options or legislative enhancements to integrated care, the State and Legislature should ask: “How does PACE fit into this discussion?”
MassPACE supports a recommendation to modify the payment scale for non-Medicaid enrollees to make it more affordable for those just above the income limit.
H128/S668(Representative Higgins and Senator Comerford) seeks to increase access for individuals just above the income threshold to qualify for PACE and waiver- based home and community based services.
