Commitment to advancing healthy aging:
1. Provide healthy meals (We have our own cook and nutritionist)
2. Provide various opportunities and levels of exercise: Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga, Exercise Classes led by certified instructor 3 X per week, Walking Club, and Bowling league. During warmer weather months we also offer Bocce.
3. Offer classes that address Grief, Loneliness and Depression.
