Commitment to advancing healthy aging:
We are partnering with our police department to identify community elders who are at risk and bring them programs to either keep them in their homes or identify other options.
We have ongoing exercise and wellness clinics.
We hope to access education programs/materials for the chronic conditions identified in the Community Profiles by the Tufts Foundation.
