Managed in collaboration with MassDevelopment, the Mass Cultural Council’s “Cultural Facilities Fund” (CFF) is an initiative of the state of Massachusetts providing grants to support the acquisition, design, repair, rehabilitation, renovation, expansion, or construction of nonprofit cultural facilities state-wide.

In communities with eligible institutions also committed to becoming more Age- and Dementia Friendly, this funding opportunity could provide support to improve arts and cultural opportunities for older adults.

Since 2006, the Fund has encouraged sound growth, supported important development projects, played a crucial role in the growth of local tourism, created thousands of jobs, and driven millions of dollars in private investment.
