The Age-Friendly Program Coordinator fosters Age- and Dementia-Friendly projects in the Franklin County and North Quabbin regions. The coordinator will work with partners to sign on and support coordinated efforts in LifePath’s 30-town service area to create Age-Friendly communities. This work will be completed with a specific focus on reducing the root causes of inequitable health outcomes, such as structural barriers, poverty, and racism.

Our programs are community-partnered and centered on making street-level changes and policy improvements that make walking safe and enjoyable for people of all ages, abilities, races, and incomes. Our programs describe the health, economic and community benefits of walking, and include walk audits that identify infrastructure deficiencies, recommend solutions, and build community support for walking. The Program Manager reports to the Executive Director.
