In collaboration with community partners, the Executive Office of Elder Affairs (EOEA) is in the process of collecting community feedback on updating and refreshing the Age-Friendly Massachusetts Action Plan. EOEA recently announced an extended timeline for accepting feedback on the new plan.

EOEA, the Massachusetts Healthy Aging Collaborative and other partners want to capture your ideas on how to strengthen Massachusetts’ age- and dementia-friendly actions and uncover new opportunities to meet the challenges of the future.

The Plan will serve as the state’s strategy and commitment to make the Commonwealth more age- and dementia-friendly over the next 5-10 years (explore the previous plan here).
