Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan today announced 25 grants totaling $500,000 through its philanthropic arm, the Point32Health Foundation. The grants will provide additional funding to organizations already in the Foundation’s portfolio in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.

Selected grantees will receive a $20,000 technical assistance grant to strengthen organizational capacity. Funds are intended to strengthen internal systems and implement strategies that reinforce long-term effectiveness and community impact.

Grantees in Massachusetts include:

• Coalition for a Healthy Greater Worcester (Massachusetts)
• Massachusetts Association for Mental Health (Massachusetts)
• Way Finders (Massachusetts)
