- Behavioral Health Program Coordinator – Executive Office of Elder Affairs
The Executive Office of Elder Affairs (EOEA) is seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Behavioral Health Program Coordinator. The EOEA Behavioral Health Program Coordinator will help coordinate a subset of the agency’s behavioral health care programs for older adults, specifically the Elder Mental Health Outreach Teams (EMHOTs), Elder Mobile Outreach Teams (EMOTs), and Peer Bridger programs, which operate through the aging services network. The Behavioral Health Program Coordinator will report to the Director of Home and Community Programs and coordinate closely with various departments at EOEA and across the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS).
