Massachusetts Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell’s office has rolled out a new reporting portal for Massachusetts residents to archive stories detailing how they’ve been affected by the actions of the federal administration. If there have been impacts on older adults, they can be documented in the AGO’s Federal Action Story Collection Form.

The Attorney General’s Office notes that the form is for archival purposes only. Submitting a story through this form does not generate a complaint or initiate a lawsuit on your behalf. The Attorney General’s Office is prohibited by law from representing private individuals or providing legal advice, legal research, or legal analysis to private individuals. By filling out this form, you are agreeing for the Attorney General’s Office to potentially use your story in public materials, barring identifying information.
