In partnership with the Executive Office of Technology Services and Security, the Human Service Transportation (HST) Office has debuted two new webpages to share information about MassHealth transportation with members:

• mass.gov/masshealthrides – a “single source of truth” for MassHealth members looking for information about PT-1 transportation including getting your trip authorized, scheduling your ride, what to know before you go, who to call, and how to submit feedback and complaints
• mass.gov/transportation-for-masshealth-members – members, MassHealth medical providers, and transportation companies can each find links to the information they are looking for about MassHealth transportation
