PSA Created to Raise Awareness for the End of the Affordable Connectivity Program

May 1, 2024

Late last year, Massachusetts Healthy Aging Collaborative and AgeSpan were awarded more than $3 million to address digital equity among older adults in partnership with several organizations (listed below) with experience in supporting access to technology.

As part of that work, MHAC has supported two of those partners – Mass Law Reform Institute (MLRI) and MassAccess – in creating a public service announcement that raises awareness for the end of the Affordable Connectivity Program, or ACP. The ACP was a federal program to help people pay for internet service.
