A new webinar series created by the Massachusetts Association for Mental Health’s (MAMH) Older Adult Behavioral Health Network in collaboration with AARP-MA and MA Organization for Addiction Recovery and MAMH’s is targeted to an older adult audience to improve healthy habits – especially as it relates to mental health and wellness. MAMH is promoting the opportunity to livestream an event at a senior center or access at home.
The series is titled, “How Much is Too Much” and will focus on four topics with dates, speakers and registration listed below.
