The Massachusetts Healthy Aging Collaborative is pleased to promote a range of resources in recognition of National Family Caregiver Month this November.
Every year in November, the Caregiver Action Network posts a toolkit to help organizations, communities and individuals raise awareness around caregiving issues and supports. This year’s toolkit is focused on the 2026 “Care Connects Us” and is available for download here.
