The Tufts Health Plan Foundation is accepting letters of intent for Systems and Best Practices and Collaboration and Community Engagement grants to community organizations working on age-friendly issues. The deadline is Friday, January 24, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. ET.

Those interested in submitting a letter of intent are invited to attend our webinar information session on December 10. The webinar will focus on the Foundation’s Systems and Best Practices and Collaboration and Community Engagement grant programs.

We will talk about our over-arching strategies and the impact we want to make with our investments. The agenda will include an opportunity for Q&A with our team.
