Jewish Family & Children’s Service: Guardian Case Manager for Older Adults

The Guardianship Program is a well-established program within the Services for Older Adults division of JF&CS. JF&CS is the largest provider of state funded guardianship under a contract with the Executive Office of Elder Affairs. The program serves our most vulnerable older adults many of whom have either been physically, psychologically, and/or financially abused by individuals known to them or are seriously self-neglecting and have no appropriate family to assume responsibility for their well-being. Our program allows older adults to live safely in the community for as long as possible, without risk of serious harm and with an improved quality of life.

Nesterly is seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Community Representative to help us grow our presence and impact in Boston. We’re looking for mission-driven self-starters interested in tackling the urban housing crisis and building a more interconnected world through intergenerational homesharing.

In this role, you will be serving as a local ambassador, presenting information about Nesterly to local groups and community organizations, helping people sign up and complete their hosting application in person, and coming up with and executing your own strategies to onboard and recruit new hosts

Transportation for Massachusetts (T4MA) is seeking an experienced Policy Director to promote our statewide coalition’s policy priorities to address the Commonwealth’s transportation crisis.

T4MA is the state’s leading transportation advocacy coalition. With more than 80 members and partners statewide, we speak with a united voice for policy change at the state, federal, and local level that will make the Commonwealth’s transportation system more sustainable, more equitable, and more efficient. Our team of five employees works in co-working space within blocks of the Massachusetts State House. We work in close partnership with the teams at our member organizations.

Mass. Public Health Association: Development and Communications Manager, Public Health Policy Specialist

MPHA is excited to be hiring for two new full-time positions; a Development and Communications Manager, and a Public Health Policy Specialist, both to be based in our Boston office.

The Development and Communications Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of annual communications and fundraising plans. The Public Health Policy Specialist will be a core part of a four-person Policy & Field Team working to advance MPHA’s health equity policy agenda.
