The Executive Office of Aging & Independence (AGE) is partnering with MHAC on a survey to understand the current landscape of digital equity programs geared towards supporting older adults as well as needs across the Massachusetts Aging Network.

Your responses will help us:

• Map existing digital equity resources and identify gaps
• Connect organizations to relevant resources and partners
• Inform future planning and statewide coordination
• Create a list of public-facing digital equity resources

Whether your organization is deeply engaged in digital equity work or just getting started, your perspective is valuable. AGE and MHAC want to understand what’s working, what’s needed, and how we can better support you.

This survey is for professionals who serve older adults, including Councils on Aging (COAs), Senior Centers, Aging Services Access Points (ASAPs), Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs), and other community-based organizations in Massachusetts. The survey should take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete
