Using lessons and examples from across the country, the John A. Hartford Foundation published a newsletter article on “Collaborating to Make Public Health Age-Friendly.”

A framework for public health departments, developed by the Hartford Foundation in partnership with Trust for America’s Health (TFAH), is being piloted and producing both data and case studies.
