  • Ethos: Healthy Aging Program Coordinator (Part-Time)

Become part of the Healthy Aging team at Ethos – assisting the Healthy Aging Program Manager (Evidence Based Programs Coordinator and Nutrition Activities Coordinator) with outreach efforts to elders in the Southwest Boston area, including the development of materials, the selection of locations for outreach activities, and the implementation of classes, events and activities. S/he will also refer elders and caregivers to existing support services, foster and maintain relationships with local businesses and social service agencies.

  • Massachusetts Assisted Living Facility Association: Director of Education

The Director of Education reports directly to the President and C.E.O. and is responsible for the overall educational initiatives and programming for Mass-ALA and its membership. The person in this role will be responsible for creating educational curriculums for assisted living residence staff and for connecting Mass-ALA’s educational programs with Executive Office of Elder Affairs regulations and industry best practices.  This includes but is not limited to the planning, developing and execution of Mass-ALA’s educational events, products, trainings and resources. The Director of Education is responsible for planning and producing various educational programs, seminars, staff trainings, annual conference and trade show, creating educational resources, and other activities related to Mass-ALA’s strategic quality improvement, public policy initiatives and organizational goals.
