Boston Mayor Walsh, AARP Voter Survey Featured at 2019 Conference of Mayors

Boston Mayor Marty Walsh was on a panel at the recent US Conference of Mayors in Washington DC to discuss how communities can engage older adults. The video of that discussion can be seen here:

According to AARP survey results that were freshly announced at that conference, mayors and local government leaders are viewed more favorably by American voters age 50 or older than any other type of elected official — be that person a governor, member of Congress or the president of the United States.
