The RoseMary B. Fuss Center for Research on Aging and Intergenerational Studies at Lasell University is working with the Massachusetts Gerontology Association (MGA) to raise awareness about careers in aging and explore ways to connect students at our colleges and universities to local internship and related opportunities in the field of aging.

As a first step, Lasell and MGA are gathering information from organizations in Massachusetts that serve older adults.

Stakeholders in the MHAC network can help generate a contact list by providing the names of individuals in your organization or community who would be the best person to communicate with about these efforts. As well, Lasell and MGA are gathering basic information about internship programs and practices in organizations that would lend themselves to student placements.
