Point32Health Foundation Releases Annual Report

Apr 8, 2026

The philanthropic arm of Point32Health and its family of companies — including Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Tufts Health Plan and CarePartners of Connecticut — Point32Health Foundation released their annual report for 2025 that details the outcomes of Foundation investments and Point32Health’s Corporate Citizenship programs.

Together, $13.7M million was contributed to community organizations through grants, matching gifts, sponsorships and volunteer time, as well as in-kind and other donations. Community investments in Massachusetts totaled more than $4 million.

Point32Health Foundation, which funds the Massachusetts Healthy Aging Collaborative, continues to be a leader in supporting age-friendly initiatives and equity in aging. In 2025, the Foundation’s support of and partnership with the UMass-Boston Gerontology Institute led to an updated Healthy Aging Data Report and Community Profiles. Advocates are encouraged to use the Healthy Aging Data Reports to understand health trends impacting their community, ensuring we can all live healthy, engaged lives as we age.

The Foundation’s report also noted the release of ReiMAgine Aging 2030, which is the statewide age and dementia friendly plan for Massachusetts, along with an executive order directing all offices across the executive branch to identify areas where age-friendly policies and practices can be embedded in their work.

More detail on the Foundation’s work is available in their annual report here and a state-specific impact report for Massachusetts here.
