The organizations Honoring Choices and the Conversation Project are promoting a range of resources to help individuals and organizations recognize National Healthcare Decisions Day on April 16th.

Every year in Massachusetts the Honoring Choices Partners & Friends celebrate National Healthcare Decisions Day, with their statewide April- June Spring celebration.  The collective goal is to ensure every adult has equal access to health care planning tools to make a personal care plan for good care today and over their lifetime.  The “Partners & Friends” use the Honoring Choices free, multi-lingual documents and tool kits to host fun events and activities with adults in their community. The organization will post your events on the 2023  April- June Events Calendar below, showing the diversity of your work.

On a national scale, National Healthcare Decisions Day is promoted by the Conversation Project that has additional tools, resources and videos available here.

Additionally, the Massachusetts Coalition on Serious Illness Care is promoting a new strategic plan and other activities in regional summits that will be held across the state for interested stakeholders.
