Seeking Statewide Input for the ReiMAgine Aging Year Three Progress Report

Dec 1, 2021

The Executive Office of Elder Affairs is leading a team that is looking to capture the incredible age- and dementia-friendly work done across the Commonwealth for our collective annual progress report for ReiMAgine Aging, the Age-Friendly Massachusetts Action Plan.

The upcoming version will be the third year of the progress report that reflect work from communities, regions, organizational partners and a range of stakeholders from all parts of the Commonwealth.

As part of the ReiMAgine Aging team, the Massachusetts Healthy Collaborative encourages stakeholders to fill out this brief 10-minute survey to let us know what 2021 meant for your organization or community when it comes to age- and dementia-friendly work.

MHAC’s upcoming Advisory Council meeting will feature reflections on the past year in healthy aging efforts, a closer look at the survey and a chance to provide input on the progress report.
