Coming off the heels of a toolkit developed by the Mass. Executive Office of Elder Affairs, Mass. Business Roundtable and the Mass. eHealth Institute to help Massachusetts employers better support caregivers in the workplace, the AARP Family Caregiving Team and Public Private Strategies (PPS) partnered to created a website providing more resources and guidance on the issue.

Much of the reasoning for creating the toolkit and the data to support it are similar, but the AARP guide digs up previous resources they have published on the issue. This includes case studies of promising practices from 2017 that was also intended to raise awareness among employers around how to better support their caregiving employees.
